Express Interest in Immediately Available Teaching Opportunities at NYC Public Schools

We're looking for currently certified teachers or teachers who will be certified by March 2025 who are committed to success for all students.

Please complete this form if you have a current valid certificate to teach in New York State and are interested in immediate full-time teaching opportunities that arise between now and March 2025. Upon completion of this survey, your information will be reviewed by the NYC Public Schools Applicant Services support team. Once your certification is verified, you will be entered into the New Teacher Finder where you can access current teacher vacancies and reach out to principals to inquire about available positions.

You will also receive updates on the 2025-26 NYC Online Teacher Application, which will open this winter. We encourage you to regularly visit TeachNYC.net for complete and up-to-date information about teaching in New York City. You can also submit questions at our Online Support Center here.
